A National Judicial Academy, da India, realiza anualmente o National Seminar on Working of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Courts and Prevention of Corruption Courts, com a participação dos mais renomados juízes daquele país.
Dentre a seleta bibliografia recomendada aos juízes participantes consta o artigo científico de Giuliano Giova, intitulado “Improving Chain of Custody in Forensic Investigation of Electronic Digital Systems”, publicado em 2011 no IJCSNS International Journal of Computer Science and Network Security (VOL. 11 No. 1).
